Frames
A Frame is a feature of
HTML.
It allows multiple web
pages to be displayed simultaneously in different areas
known as frames. A different document may be shown on each
frame.
Frames were very
popular feature a few years ago but, because of poor design,
a large percentage of web surfers disliked them (because of
the cumbersome way of scrolling involved)
